You agree to communicate with customers promptly and professionally in the event of a dispute and to use your best efforts to resolve the dispute to the customer’s satisfaction.

The Synergies Market, and all content and materials included on The Synergies Market, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Synergies or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content or materials on The Synergies Market for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Synergies or the applicable rights holder.

User Representations and Warranties:

You represent and warrant to Synergies that: (a) you have the right, power, and authority to enter into these Terms and to perform your obligations hereunder; (b) your use of The Synergies Market will not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party; and (c) you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of The Synergies Market.
